Codicological description - Notes
The manuscript successively contains 4 sheets with harpsichord music, 16 sheets with carillon music and 10 sheets with harpsichord music. Carillon and harpsichord music are written in a different hand. The sheets of the bundle were once loose and re-assembled afterwards.
The inventory below only describes the carillon pages (fol. 5 to fol. 20). These pages are incorrectly re-bound so that the pagination is incorrect. The still visible page indications are incorrect and the connection of some minuets with a trio does not correspond to concordant material in 'Leuven Beiaardhandschrift I'. Possible order of pieces in the inventory as suggested in [Rombouts 1990].
